1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using TeamVibe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeamVibe.
2Description of Service
TeamVibe is a youth sports team management platform that helps coaches and team administrators:
- Manage player rosters and preferences
- Track game statistics, events, and player participation
- Plan formations and substitutions
- Ensure equal playing time and opportunities for all players
3User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or have parental/guardian consent
- • Each user may only maintain one account
3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
4User Responsibilities and Conduct
Youth Protection (Critical)
Given our focus on youth sports, all users must:
- • Maintain appropriate and professional interactions at all times
- • Report any suspected child abuse or inappropriate behavior to authorities
- • Comply with all applicable child protection laws and regulations
- • Submit to background checks if required by local laws
4.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- • Use the Service for illegal purposes
- • Transmit harmful or offensive content
- • Interfere with the Service
- • Access other accounts without permission
Data Responsibilities:
- • Ensure all entered data is accurate
- • Record statistics truthfully
- • Obtain proper consent for player data
- • Respect player privacy at all times
5Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Coaches and administrators are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before entering player data. Parents/guardians must consent to their child's participation and data collection.
6Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TeamVibe. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you create and upload, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.
7Service Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and internet access.
8Payment and Subscription Terms
Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. No payment information required.
Paid Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
9Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TeamVibe is a management tool only and does not provide coaching, medical, or safety advice. Users are responsible for ensuring proper supervision and safety measures during sporting activities.

You agree to indemnify TeamVibe from claims arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. We may suspend accounts for violations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Australian law.
